What is Federal Excise Tax?
This is a 10% tax payment required of all manufacturers on certain sport fishing equipment,
including fishing lures. The proceeds go to a special fish and wildlife fund.

This pike is my everyday plug. It is excellent from the surf or from piers, jetties, beaches, or boats. It was designed to be fish slow on top and have good action! I fish it with an 10-1/2' LAMI 1321 and a 12' Century rod rated 3 to 6 oz. I fish 50 lb. braid and a 50lb fluorocarbon leader. I tie direct! 		Cost:

 This plug is designed to fish the bottom in shallow water, or fish the middle of the water column in deeper water. Because of added weight, it is also effective when the wind is in your face or in stormy conditions. It floats at rest and swims well in rough water. Depending on conditions it will dive 8 to 10ft. I fish it with a 10- 1/2' Lamiglas 1321 or a 12' Century rated 3 to 6 oz.		 Cost:

This plug is designed to get down quick and move along the bottom. I have had success with it in deep coves with big waves and strong undertow. It floats at rest and likes rough water or current. I fish it with a 10- 1/2' Lamiglas 1321 or a 12' Century rod rated 3 to 6 oz. I use 50 lb. braid and 50 lb. fluorocarbon leader. I tie direct!		 Cost:

This plug is designed for boat fishermen, though I also throw it from the beach. It's great when big bass are mixed with 6-8 lb. bluefish. Or when the fish are crashing big bait! I fish it with a 10' CTS rod blank #PJ100-2 rated 4 to 8 oz. I use 50 lb.  braid and a 50 lb. fluorocarbon leader.
 		 Cost:
